• Ability to meet all deadlines set forth by the PDE for contracted food service operation.

• A Community Works program that employs students in our food service operation.

Culinary Arts

• A Culinary Arts program which emphasis the technical skills needed to succeed in today‘s food service industry including ServSafe certification.
  

• Affiliation with Pennsylvania Academic Career Technical Training Alliance (PACTT) that provides career/technical training to adjudicated youths that leads to industry-recognized certifications.
